Pricing

Min. stay 2 nights. £70 per night up to 5 nights.£455 per week, based on 7 days.

Arrival time not before 2pm.

Departure time no later than 10am.

Christmas Prices

December 20th – January 3rd  – £70 per night.

Booking Procedure

Please either phone or email to confirm availability for the period you require.

Reservation confirmation sent by email on receipt of deposit – cash/cheque/bank transfer.

Minimum deposit £100.  

Full amount due if less than 6 weeks until arrival.

Paying the balance

The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival – cash/cheque/bank transfer.  

We will email a reminder to say the balance is due shortly so that you do not miss this date.

If the balance is not received, we will contact you by mail or phone. If it becomes overdue, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and try to re-let the property.

Cancellation Insurance

Guests are advised to arrange their own insurance. Insurance cover is strongly recommended as we will not refund on cancellation or curtailment of the holiday.
