Cottage pricing is based on 7-day stays.

Arrival time 2pm .
Departure time 10am.

The cottage can also be booked for less than a week in off-peak periods (minimum of 2 nights).

Nursery equipment, for example high-chair and travel cot, are available free of charge – please request at time of booking.  We have several socket protectors, but it is up to you to ensure the cottage is ‘child-proofed’ to your own standards.  We do not provide cot bedding.

 

Heating and Lighting is included in rental price.

 

Duvet covers, linen, and towels are provided at no extra charge.

 

We provide a selection of cleaning materials except washing powder.

 

The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and checked prior to your arrival, and we ask you to leave the property as you found it.  Should it not be left clean and tidy, we reserve the right to make a surcharge.

 

Any breakage or other damage must be reported immediately. Spills and stains, especially on fabric and carpets, should be treated at once to avoid lasting damage.  We are easily contacted for assistance with these events.

 

For the safety and comfort of all guests no pets, no smoking, no candles or other naked flames are allowed.
